Terms of service

Commercial terms aligned to the standalone license.

These website terms are a deployment draft. The license included with a purchase controls product use; unresolved legal fields are explicit.

Owner/legal review required before deployment · Effective date: [OWNER TO SUPPLY]

1. Provider and eligibility

Autonomous Content Creator OS (C.C.O.S.) is provided by [PUBLIC SELLER LEGAL IDENTITY AND ADDRESS]. You must have legal capacity to enter these terms and meet [MINIMUM AGE / BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY — LEGAL REVIEW].

2. License

A purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user commercial license to install and use C.C.O.S. for the buyer's own business and client content, subject to the full license supplied with the product. It does not transfer ownership of C.C.O.S.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share with unauthorized users, repackage as another product, sell substantially identical copies, circumvent security or licensing controls, use the product unlawfully, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to a third-party account.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for inputs, instructions, provider configuration, credentials, platform authorization, account eligibility, reviewing outputs, legal and factual review, rights clearance, disclosures, and every publishing decision. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.

5. Third-party services

AI models, APIs, platforms, accounts, quotas, approvals, fees, availability, and policies are separate and governed by their providers. Connection code is not platform approval or endorsement. Provider changes may affect functionality.

6. Intellectual property and outputs

The seller retains rights in seller-created runtime code, workflows, templates, documentation, and materials. The buyer retains rights in original inputs and generated outputs to the extent those rights exist under law and provider terms. No guarantee of exclusivity, protectability, or non-infringement is made.

7. Publishing approvals

Configuration, credentials, model output, a generated artifact, or workflow completion never grants publishing authority. Each external publish requires deliberate authorization for the exact operation and an authorized account identity.

8. Availability, updates, and support

Included support lasts 90 days from purchase with a target response within two business days; this is not an SLA. Updates for the purchased major version are included for 12 months. Details are in the purchased product documents. No uninterrupted availability or continued third-party compatibility is promised.

9. Warranty and liability

Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, exclusions, cap, indemnity if any, and mandatory consumer-law carve-outs: [LEGAL COUNSEL MUST SUPPLY; DO NOT DEPLOY AS FINAL TERMS WITHOUT REVIEW].

10. Suspension, termination, and governing law

Termination rights, effect of termination, survival, dispute process, governing law, venue, and seller jurisdiction: [OWNER AND LEGAL COUNSEL TO DECIDE].

11. Contact

Legal notices and terms questions: [PUBLIC LEGAL CONTACT TO BE SUPPLIED].
